I have a 2001 Mondeo I tried to adjust the seat position but now for some reason it wont lock back into place I have cleared all debris from underneath nothing appears to be blocking it. From what I can make the mechanism works with 2 forked prongs but the central prong on the right side does not seem to connect with a hole is there a basic way to manually adjust the rail without removing the seat.
Please advise thanks
