car has been sitting for about a month. on motorway the steering wheel was vibrating rather worryingly.

if i was to get the tracking adjusted, would it cure prob?

I don't know if it can happen in a month but the tyres could (all) have gone out of true in the sense of out of round, from sitting for the month and I don't know if there is a cure for that, apart from new tyres.

Check the wheel nuts (or bolts) are tight. If it's been sitting around for a month, some tea leaf could have shown an interest in the wheels, but got disturbed before making off with them. That is of course providing the vehicle hasn't been laid up somewhere in reasonably safe storage?

Could just be a caliper sticking, but would think its likely a wheel balance problem.

also i have noticed that when i brake from higy speed (65 ish) and i get down to a slow speed, i get a big clunk.
what do you think this could be
