has any one got the name and address of who to make formal complaints to within the rac or if they are amember of any orgaination. so can make a formal complaint of the service provided.

I complained to the customer service line of the RAC about 4 years ago about the service? provided by a contractor who answered a call out.
They appeared to take it seriously, deleted the callout from my claim record (thereby safeguarding my NCB) and indicated that they keep a record of complaints against contractors, review them and strike them off as appropriate.

Found in less than one minute on their web site - "contact us", and select "breakdown existing members".

tried that still no responce from them. this is over 2 weeks ago and not even responed to say they havee recived compliant.
