I live in London and wanted to know of any good salvage places where i would be able to purchase cars to fix up and sell on.

Anyone else see how cheap that '04 plate E class CDI estate went for?. Even if you had to replace suspension bits in addition to the broken alloy and minor bodywork, £11K is an absolute steal for that car. Bet I could get that going again with nothing but handtools on my driveway.

type in salvage your area and you should come up with lots of places, universal salvage are based in bedford and do internet sales have you considered that ?as most of their genuine stock is direct insurance companies.

The dealers are in there they get the pick and whats left is chaff ,they know whats good and whats bad .I looked at nearly new 75 and thought that would be an easy repair till a friend showed me an almost invisible crease line on the floor pan.Beware.
