What is the best way to clean light grey cloth seats, mine have a few light stains and a three years usage to clean off?

Are these low price steam cleaners effective?

Cleaning upholstered seats - Victorbox

Groom foam cleaner from Halfords etc - black & orange can plus a damp cloth or nail brush for the tough stuff.
