I have only one or 4 options on my blower that is level 4 which blasts out the other 3 dont work.
What is wrong with it? do i need a new switch??
Thanks

I am not familar with the set up on the Almera, but on most cars the lower speeds are obtained by supplying the motor via a series of resistors selected by the switch, and the top speed directly and not via a resistor. If the resistor fails (commone on some cars) you can only get top speed.
Worth checking the resistor pack, before looking at the switch

hi,
your problem is the heater blower drop resistor, it's located under the glove box on the n/s. A new on is easy to fit...2 mins, and will cost you about £30 from your local nissan dealer.

Hi, Seems to be a common point of failure on Nissan's, when I went to the dealer to get a blower resistor for my primera, they kept them under the counter for easy access!
