I've been shopping round for four Vredestein Quatrac 185/65/15 tyres for my Berlingo Multispace and was quoted £248 fitted by Ness City Tyres, Dingwall Tyres quoted £225 and the much smaller Invergordon Tyre Services asked for just £204 and provided very prompt and cheerful service. The difference in ride quality between the Vredesteins and the original just-legal Michelin Energy tyres is very noticeable, more comfort and much less noise. However, the Michelins did manage over 31,000 miles. Talk to Richard at ITS, he's a nice man to do business with..though he won't accept credit cards but will trust you to go off to the nearest bank to get the cash!!

The price of these excellent tyres does vary depending on the speed and load rating of these tyres.A colleague payed much the same for four fitted to his Fabia.
Two 91V rated for my Passat were around £146.
Mine are wearing about the same as the Michelin Premacy and I expect to get 14K from the fronts.Good for me!

Say Hi to Richard for me!!! I used to be the MOT tester at Victoria Garage at the other end of the street....Is it still there??

Sometimes the speed rating affects the price of tyres but in the unexpected direction.
My car uses 205/60 H15 which I was quoted £68 for Goodyear NCT5 - however 205/60 V15 were only £62 so I had these fitted.
A good tyre fitter / dealer will identify these anomalies and pass the savings on to the customer.
