Am posting this for a friend who hasn't got internet access.
He had the same problem a few months ago & called out the AA.
AA man contacted Renault who explained the re-programming procedure & the plip worked again for a few months.
It has failed in the same way again. He contacted Renault Customer Service expecting to get the same info they provided to the AA but was told he had to take the car to his local dealership for a chargeable re-program. Not wanting to bother the AA again, does someone know the programming procedure.
