Hello all,I'm new to these boards.
I'm trying to find out if it is possible to re program second hand 2 button 'plip' keys,(and where I can get it done) so I can have my remote central locking back on my 406.Can anyone shed any light?

Sorry should of added its a '97 car with RF type key fobs.

There are different ways to do this depending on the car. Do a search in Google Groups for program+key+peugeot and you'll see several methods. Especially in the alt.autos.peugeot newsgroup.
But you may have to take it to a dealer to get the immobiliser chip (if it has one?) reprogrammed anyway, unless you have that from the old key.
I would suggest that if you try to do it yourself then you do while in a Peugeot dealer car park, in case it messes up and you can't start the car.
