Accord - spare wheel - mikeh

I'm thinking of replacing my Volvo V70 and have had a look at a Honda Accord Tourer. Impressed with the car but not the lack of any spare wheel - all you get is a can of sealant and a compressor. It is apparently possible to get a space saver spare but I'd prefer a proper one. Does anyone know if a full size wheel will fit in the spare wheel well.
