I am trying to help a friend out and wonder if anyone here can help me.
He is looking for temporary (1 month) insurance cover on my car. Many companies have turned him down because he is not the registered owner.
Does anyone know of any insurance cover/company that will cover temporarily for someone who is not the registered owner of the car?

Highly unlikely because, just for a start, he's not the owner, along with the administration costs of providing temporary cover of any nature.
Why can't you just simply add his name to your policy?

My policy requires the additional driver to be over 25, afraid he just falls short at 24....

Then the possibility of finding temporary cover, if indeed it is even possible, is further reduced...:-(

I think you'll need to take the cover out on his behalf. You'll probably need to go via a broker...Look at the directories link on the list and then the useful websites link within that.
