On my alloy wheels the tyres are 195/60/14. What are the implications of fitting 195/65/14 tyres? (apart from the speedo reading slightly low)

I have just done the maths, the speedo will under-read by 2%.

2% is 2% at any speed, surely?
2% of 30 mph = 0.6 mph.

I have visited the above site and find that the set of 185 60 14 p60's I have spare are a match for the 175 65 14 tyres which are on my son's Toyota Corolla.
Would it be ok to fit them as Toyota recommend the latter,would it have any effect on the handling, and would it have any effect on insurance in the event of an accident if the car does not have the recommended tyres fitted.
