Recommendation for Panel Spraying? - What A Pratt

I have bought a replacement bumper for my '98 Honda Prelude but as it is only supplied by Honda UK unpainted I need to get it sprayed. Does anyone have any recommendations for sprayshops in the Kingston, Surrey or Plymouth area (my job takes me to both places) that would take the time to do a quality job (it is silver metallic). I think Honest John mentioned somewhere called Coloursmart or something a while back but I can't remember the exact name.
