Vemac?

Do you guys have Vemac in the UK? I read that they have a car called the RD320 that has a Honda V6. Does Honda own Vemac? If not is Vermac a Japanese company?

Vemac is a small British company (based somewhere near London, I think). There is Japanese input with engines and other parts, but it is British and I think the cars are made in the UK.
