german registered new mini's - crazed idiot
are all the german registered new mini's around oxford owned by bmw?

is it a way to let their drivers take the cars out on the roads without being worried about speed cameras (dont think they bother if they are not uk plates)

if so very clever ploy on the part of bmw...

else what are they all doing? all owned by german students?

any ideas?

The Mini Cowley plant is nearby so I would guess they belong to it's employees, I was in Oxford on Sunday and drove straight past the plant which my fiancee found very exciting as she works for MINI Customer Service, any of you who have rung the MINI number for information (or BMW for that matter) may well have spoken to her...

In fact if you had the courage and a foreign mate simply getting a mate who lives abroad to admit to all your speeding offences would appear to be a way to avoid conviction for any camera'd offence.

Better make it out of the EU just in case.

I'd be glad to provide a traffic offense admitting service at a charge of 20% of the fines for the service. I live in the Philippines. Anyone coming after me would be politely greeted by my body guard and given a guided tour of his Glock 9mm before being invited to return to the airport!
