I would appreciate any comments from the experts on this site about a minor issue I have on my Suzuki SX4 1.6. The problem is intermittent misfires on C 3 (fault code 0303). I initially thought it was the coil pack as there was a similar issue some time ago on one of the others that was fixed by a new pack. The issue occurs at irregular intervals and often just causes the engine warning light to flicker but not go firm, 0303 is there when I put the scanner on. The only way I can create the issue (sometimes!) is to try to accelerate in 5th on a gradient that gives uneven running for a short time. It could be a plug/lead issue I expect and I’ll see my excellent local mechanic in the next couple of days and no doubt he’ll have some ideas but I thought some of the gurus on here may have seen a similar issue.
