Admiral car insurance. - Fulmar

I have been with Admiral for 4 plus years with my 2001 P38 range rover, premiums have been goog but this year they want £100 more, reason they give, large numbers of range rovers are being stolen, my cars are secure in either garage or drive, we live in a very safe area, has anyone else experienced this type of increase, oddly enough our other car policies have reduced this year.

Sadly it's true BMW & Landrover have a security issue. I didn't it affect your year but then again maybe their profiling is no that specific.

Have you thought of getting some traders insurance. If you have several cars and also some young drivers then it can be better to have them on a business policy. Also if you have a premises then you can include them on the schedule.

The premium will be calculated on your number of years no claims bonus but providing that you have some bonus then you should get a reduction in costs. However if you do need to cover a under 25 year old then it really comes in to its own. For more information contact a specialist broker with the right connections.
