Peugeot 407 estate Rear window - shimsham

Can anyone help me, I have a Peugeot 407 estate car 55reg and the rear glass screen keeps coming open its the 50/50 split glass window,I would be very grateful if anyone can tell me what the problem is.

Could be the push button flap/open switch sticking in the tailgate.
