Ebay - but word your advert to state very clearly that you are not interested in people buying from abroad, money transfers, etc. and that the sale is to be completed in CASH and IN PERSON. In addition, you can block people from low/no feedback from bidding, another good move.
If you get any wasters like the above, then don't even bother replying to them.
Do remember that a lot of 'for sale' prices are wildly optimistic. Just because people have got a car up for a price, doesn't mean that is what similar cars are selling for.
I'm a big believer in 99p start, no reserve auctions on places like ebay - a car sells for what it's really worth, generally.
