Peugeot 406 executive 2.2 diesel - cannot open rear door - miniracer

i have a peugeot 406 estate which i cannot open the rear door , also the rear electric windows will not operate . has anyone got any ideas what the cause is

Check if there's a button on the drivers window control to turn off rear window controls.
