Renaut master 2500cc. euro 4, reg.2008 - cam belt change - motorhomeman

The above is the cab on my motorhome having done 15000 from new with full msh. The service book says the cam belt reqs. changing. Is it necessary with the low mileage and if so do the tensioners,pulleys and water pump req, changing also.

It is always good practice to change Tensioners, idlers and water pump at the same time.

Changing the ancillaries might seem expensive, especially with not many miles covered.

But ask this, how much is a replacement engine ?
