Hi new to this so bear with me.

Regarding the above car, both the electric windows will not open, they stopped working same time.

I have had problems with the driver side windows not opening or shutting, nut not the left side. The drivers side window was shuddering when opening it prior to total failure.

I have checked the fuses and they are okay.

I also tried the comfort test to no avail (using the door key manually)

I live on an island and prefer not to have to take it back to main suppliers.

Any help would be gratefully received
