CORSA CDTi - Blasted BEEP BEEP on locking !!! - 816swim

Can anyone tell me how I stop that blasted BEEP BEEP 5 secs after locking the car.

Please help, before I put a shovel through the windscreen !

Are you sure it hasn't had an aftermarket alarm fitted?

Check your handbook for what signals the car is supposed to give out upon locking. This may be a 'mislock' signal and it may be trying to tell you that you have a problem. I know cars are female, but sometimes you do need to listen to what they are saying.
