VW T5 - missing service history

VW T5 - missing service history - Labowski
Hi there, I bought a t5 about three years ago, I was told it was ex lease and that it had a FSH, I was under pressure and had driven 200 miles there my lift had left me ther and I had no vehicle, so I bought the van and the garage promised to send it on... It's never turned up, I did HpI it and its only had one previous owner from new, 59k, can I recover the SH from Vw? Your help appreciated.

If the car is six years old now, why are you so worried about the service history? Have you serviced it properly?

Im not worried as such, I have only done 8k in it since ive had it and yes I have serviced it properly.

And you've had the car for three years now. What's the problem?

Is this another post where we're being told only half the story?

No thats all there is to it, as I said the Garage didnt supply the service history and I wondered if there was a way to get it from VW?

I am in the process if converting it to a camper and intend to keep it for some time but the original SH would be nice to have. I guess nobody knows whether the SH is recoverable?

Simple but obvious question, have you tried asking them?

I would expect them to know better than the contributors on here since they will have to provide it at the end of the day if its available.
