Hi,

Am looking to get the VW passat CC but will only be using it on the weekends. Is it okay to leave a diesel car standing with out starting it for 5/6 days at a time?

I recently started (after lengthy charging of the battery) my Peugeot 306 HDi, which had been outside, unused, for at least five months. Fired at the first touch of the starter, as it always did. No problems with tyres, brakes or fuel (which must have been a year old), or anything else.
