it is located behint the digital clock. i beleive you have to remove the plastics around the gearstick / ashtray or move them out the way at least. once its out the way there will be 3 little screws holding the bsi unit in. you will also have to remove the plastics surrounding the clock, radio etc. its a lot easier than i make it sound its hard to explain.

the transponder chip is in key and the receiver for the fob is above your head behind the interior light.
