Hello
Does anyone know legal height limit for a side curb please.
I was leaving Drive through, and at the double wait mark on the road, turning to the left, damaged my car on the high curb.

If you’re on private land, I’m not sure there’d be any regulations in place.

Ask the owners for compensation if you think you have a case

Assuming this is one of the more popular drive through destinations, there will be a huge volume of vehicles passing through daily, most of which will be larger than a Fiat 500L. So if there was an actual problem with the kerb position and height, I very much doubt it would have been left in place.

Many of them being Police vehicles if the programmes on the telly are to be believed. If they can get in and out in a big BMW/Volvo etc with no damage you should be fine in a Fiat 500 even if it is the "L" version.

Nah.
"I demand compensation for driving my car into your stationary object".

Unless you are suggesting that this obstacle was hidden in some way, I reckon it is a matter of looking where you are driving. Today's assumption is that there is always someone else to blame, somewhere ...

I cannot see the possibility of any positive suggestions, but foresee more caustic comments, so making this thread read only.
