Not a product I’m a fan of but it is a better level of cover than it was in my day as a salesman and all credit to Warranty Direct for topping up the refunds to make sure every customer gets an 100% refund on a pro-rata basis. They won’t be selling policies covered by this firm any longer either.

The GAP policy provider we had on the Superb and Note went bust, first we knew about it was letters from a law company in Gibraltar. The following day received a letter form the broker informing us to ignore the letters from Gibraltar since they had already placed our polices with and alternative company under the financial compensation legislation.

No need to worry.
