Going along a road near a school there is a20mph sign that says 20mph when flashing ie when school children are going to and from school which is sensible but where does the limit end

Look as I may I could see no cancelling sign so how long are you suppsed o go at 20 Is there another school close by or not

Are you supposed to do 20 Untill you see another sign or use common sense and increase speed when you think fit and risk doing it too soon

Anywhere near a school should be considered a 20mph limit at any time. Schools are in use all times of the day and week. Upset children sometimes run out of school to go home- danger.

For the limit to be law there will have been a traffic order which should

set out the limit in detail.
