Mazda 2 2016 - Mazda Infotainment System keeps restarting - Jamesw1994

Hi

When starting my Mazda 2 (115ps Sport Nav) in the morning i notice that the system starts up but then restarts itself 2-3 times before staying on.

Also i have found that it is difficult to use the steering wheel controls to scroll through my radio station favourites.

The car is just over 1 week old and has covered under 500 miles.

Has anybody else experienced this issue?.

If you're having problems, take it back to the dealership you bought it from - ASAP. Document every single time it does this - ideally with a smartphone recording on video.

'Lemon' cars still exist, and the law (Consumer Rights Act) now gives you 30 days to reject the car and get a FULL refund. But you must start acting now.

My experience of dealers is that they are inadequately equipped to deal with complex software glitches.
So, if the option is legally open to me, I'd reject.
