How do I 'ask HJ'?

How do I 'ask HJ'? - GT

The section 'Ask HJ' shows lots of questions that have been asked but I can't see how to ask a question of my own. Do I have to submit it on the Back Room?

On the 'Ask A Question' tab on the drop down list (hover your mouse over 'Ask HJ') you will need to login (or set up an HJ account for those who haven't) as you would do for the Forum to enable you to pose a question to HJ, filling out the sections as shown.

What happened to the answers that HJ used to email to subscribers every week ? They seem to have stopped arriving.

If you're referring to the 'agony collumn' letters, then you can find them via the 'News' link page. All other queries are likely (other than those on the Forum) are on the 'Ask HJ' section in one form or another.

Follow-up question: if I have a question, should I 'Ask HJ' or post it on the Back Room Forum (or both?).
