My Citroen Xsara's boot lock is stuck - how can I free it?

I have a 1999 Citroen Xsara estate, and for some reason my boot will not open. When I use the central locking button on my key, all doors open fine but the boot remains locked. If I try to turn the key in the boot lock, it simply wont turn. Any suggestions?

Get it to a garage, or get someone to squirt a lot of WD40 into the lock mechanism, as that might free it.
