Which Toyota Avensis diesels have a timing belt?

Which of the Avensis D-4D diesel engines does not have a timing belt? I fancy one, but I've had enough of worrying about the belt change on other cars I've owned.

From late 2006 all Toyota diesel engines went chain; both the 2.0-litre and the 2.2, which was always chain. With a 2.0-litre 2006 you'd have to pop the bonnet and check to be sure.
