Is there a specialist who can repair my Skoda Fabia's immobiliser?

I have an intermittent fault with the immobiliser on my 2002 Skoda Fabia. Several parts have been changed to the tune of £300, but the fault remains albeit still intermittent. The car is in excellent nick with less than 39,000 miles on the clock, but Skoda seem totally disinterested. Is there any way the immobiliser can be totally disabled or is there anyone out there who can guarantee a fix for a reasonable fee?
