I think I've loosened a connection in my Volkswagen Polo whilst cleaning it. Where should I check?

I thoroughly cleaned the interior and carpets of my 2002 Volkswagen Polo at weekend. Since then the ABS light has been on permanently from start-up. Is it likely that I have loosened a connection somewhere? Where should I be checking?
