Why are the brakes on my dad's Citroen Saxo sticking?

I bought a Citroen Saxo for my elderly father. When he only travels for a mile or so, the brakes on the driver's side stick and he needs to stop while they cool down. It has had new discs, new calipers and a new master system, but no one can fix it. Can you help?

It may be worth checking the servo action of the braking system to see if it is affecting the release process of the brakes.
