Why is my Ford Fusion losing water?

I just bought a 2003 Ford Fusion 2. I am losing water in the expansion tank. No leaks anywhere, no temperature increases. What can it be?

Cross your fingers and it might be an airlock in the system blowing it out of the vent cap.
