What's a fair trade-in for my 2004 Mercedes-Benz C180 Kompressor?

I have a 2004 Mercedes-Benz C180 Kompressor which has done 84,000 miles. It was purchased from and has been serviced by my local main dealer. Against a used two-year-old C180 with 28,000 miles on the clock, priced at £19,000, I was offered £3000 for mine, which for its year is in exceptional condition. I thought this was a very poor offer but they would not move on it. What do you think would be a fair value?

That's too big a gap. You need to narrow it by £2000, or walk away.
