I did a vehicle check on a Ford Fusion and it turned out to be a Fiesta. Should I call the police?

I am looking for a used car to replace my own. I spotted a black Ford Fusion that looks like a steal on Autotrader. Unfortunately, that may literally be the case. I called the dealership a few minutes ago and spoke to a chap. I asked for the registration to do a background check, and he gave it to me. Before I finished the call, however, he casually mentioned that if I were doing a background check then the car may come up as having been stolen. Apparently the issue is all sorted now, and all monies were settled and the presumably-damaged locks were replaced. Nice of him to mention. So armed with all this I did a background check and found the details for another car - a Fiesta. If it's what it looks like, to my layman's perspective and a clear forgery, should I be going to the police?

Just walk away and find another car entirely.
