My 2003 Nissan X-Trail's engine has failed. Who can I complain to?

I purchased a Nissan X-Trail in 2003 from a Belgian garage, imported it to UK and then went to live in Spain. I have had to replace the clutch three times and this year the turbo failed, and now I have had major problems with the engine. Nissan Granada (Spain) have told me that the repairs will cost a minimum of 11,000 Euros without labour, filters and oil. Who should I refer my complaint to as the car has done just 200,000 kilometres and is under seven years old.

No one. It's reached the end of its life and the time has come to scrap it.
