Land Rover Freelander power loss

My Land Rover Freelander 2 TD4 suffers from an intermittent lack of power when pulling away from junctions. I've had a new clutch and flywheel fitted, along with EGRE valve and throtle flap motor. The problem only happens at low speeds. Any idea what the problem could be?

Probably the mass airflow sensor.
