2009 Ford Mondeo - should I keep or scrap?

I've got a 2009 Ford Mondeo 1.8 TDCI. The turbo failed last month and the repair cost £850. Now the EGR valve needs replacing, this will be close to another £1000 to fix. Is it worth doing or should I get rid of the car?
