What are your thoughts on intelligent speed adaption?

In your FAQ at http://www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/what-is-intelligent-speed-adaptation the question is regarding "Intelligent Speed Adaptation" and especially the failure of the electronic throttle and brakes. I wonder if you have an opinion on similar systems for motorcycles. Here is our opinion at http://www.righttoride.co.uk/?page_id=1955 which has a link to our Facebook page - No To Throttle Control!

Because digitised mapping of speed limits is hopelessly out of date, ISA is a complete non starter because it would not be restricting speed in new lower limits yet would be restricting speed where limits have been raised. Very dangerous indeed.
