Matthews Motor Services

I have recently seen a company called Matthews Motor Services where they sell repossessed cars some at incredibly low prices, they say they have been going for 15 years. Is it a con?

It is not a limited company. The address: Matthews Motor Services, Dorhall Bungalow, Woodrow Lane,
Chaddesley Corbett, Worcestershire DY10 4QQ does not fit with the staff photo showing extensive premises. I don't see a phone number. Form you own conclusions.
