Toyota Yaris fuel pressure problem

I bought a Yaris 55 plate 1.4 D4D but after 20 miles driving it it started losing power and have to stop for 5-10 mins and it stated again called AA who said it is likely to do with fuel pressure and glow plugs he said either the seal or pump it self has to changed
Condition of the engine was it has never been cleaned can it be dust or fuel filter or any other thing to check and how much it will cost if it is fuel pressure problem.

Potential cost is impossible to answer. Could be the fuel tank sender pump, its relay, or the earth to the pump or the relay. Could be emulsified fuel in the tank blocking the fuel filter. Could be a damaged injection pump itself because a previous owner ran it on petrol (and that's why he sold it).
