BMW i3 sunroof

I recently tried an i3 which was a revelation for urban motoring but on a warm day soon became stuffy, would the sunroof option be a sensible addition to increase range so as not to need the aircon as much?

Opening a sunroof increases the car's weight and increases drag, thereby decreasing range so it is not as beneficial as it might seem. Heated seats actually use less power than a cabin heater.
