Can I stop someone from parking outside my house?

A woman who lives near has stated parking her car in front of my house. It is left just past the entrance, so not blocking the drive, but is often left for one or two weeks.

It causes problems for neighbours and myself as we have to wriggle around it. We have spoken to her in a friendly way, but she continues to leave the car there up to two weeks solid. Can we do anything legally about this?

Not legally, no. Unless the car is not taxed or insured. You don't own the road in front of your house. It is free for anyone to use.
