Is my car missing a button?

I've recently bought a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta from a car supermarket. On returning home and on closer inspection of the car I noticed that the push switch in the glove box that activates the tyre Monitor display system (basically you press this to calibrate the tyre monitoring display system) was missing.

It was only on reading the manual that I discovered there was a button for this system. I've contacted the car supermarket who have passed my query to the workshop manager but I have heard nothing since (over three weeks now). My question is - should I pursue this (I am very happy with the car in all other respects) or just go to my local Volkswagen garage and ask them to replace it?

The car may not be of a spec that included this system. The fact that it is in the manual does not mean it will be on the car.
