How can we fit three child seats into a BMW X5?

My son and daughter-in-law have two children under five and a BMW X5 equipped with car seats to transport them. They will soon have three children under five and they have been advised that three car seats cannot be fitted in the rear of the car. They are looking to exchange the X5 for something that will accommodate the three seats.

They need this: www.multimac.co.uk/home. It’s an expensive, but very high quality and adaptable triple child seat that sits across the back seats of most cars, secured by the ISOFIX tethers. It can even be upholstered to match the car seats.
