Should I part-exchange my Skoda Octavia for a Kia Rio?

I'm about to downsize from my 55-plate Skoda Octavia 2.0 FSI Elegance to a Kia Rio 3 1.4 ISG. The Skoda has been brilliant and was in fact my last company car. I'm looking for economy, reliability and comfort as we travel down to the south west at least ten times a year. The Skoda has done 112,000 miles and as such I will part-exchange it in against the Kia although I don't expect to get much for it. Your help and advice would be much appreciated.

The Rio is a very solid little car as well as an extremely good looking one. But I wouldn't go bigger than 16 wheels, and preferably 15s. See test and video: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/kia/kia-rio-2011-r.../?
